Article 1 - Parties

Seller

Buyer

• The Buyer shall provide [Name, Surname, Address, Telephone] information correctly and completely during shopping. This information is the information specified in the order form and approved by the Buyer.

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this contract is the Seller's www.frankestayn.com is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, the Distance Contracts Regulation and other relevant legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the products whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which it sells to the Buyer electronically through the website.

Article 3 - Product Subject to the Contract

Product / Service type, name, quantity, sales price, payment method, delivery address and invoice address are as stated in the order form and are an integral part of this contract.

Article 4 - Product Delivery

• The Product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer on the order form.
• Delivery is made no later than 7 working days after order confirmation. The Seller shall inform the Buyer if the delivery time is extended due to force majeure.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated and are added to the total amount at the time of order.
• The buyer must check the packaging with the cargo officer before receiving the product and must keep a report in case of damage. The Seller does not accept responsibility for damaged packages.

Article 5 - Payment

• The product price will be charged by the payment method selected by the Buyer during the order. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, money order/EFT and payment at the door.
• Order processing will commence after the verification of payment has been completed. The Seller is not responsible for any problems that may occur during payment.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

• The buyer has the right to withdraw the purchased product from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without any justification and without penalty.
• The notification of the right of withdrawal must be made by the Buyer in writing to the Seller's e-mail address specified above or through the relevant contact forms on the website.
• Following the notification that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the product must be returned to the Seller unused, with its packaging intact and with the original invoice. All shipping costs for the return of the product shall be borne by the Buyer who exercises the right of withdrawal.

Article 7 - Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised

• Products that are prepared at the request of the buyer or explicitly according to their personal needs and are not eligible for return,
• Products that are at risk of spoilage or may expire,
• Hygienic products that cannot be returned after opening the packaging are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Article 8 - Return Procedure

• Within 10 business days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the product price will be returned to the Buyer after the product reaches the Seller.
• The return process will be initiated once all components, accessories, invoice and packaging of the product have been delivered in full. During the product return process, damaged or used products are not accepted.

Article 9 - Warranty and Seller's Responsibilities

• The Seller undertakes that all products offered for sale must not be defective goods and must comply with the relevant standards.
• The Seller is responsible for the process until the product is delivered to the Buyer. The Buyer is obliged to check the product during delivery.

Article 10 - Confidentiality

• The personal information specified by the Buyer in this agreement will be used by the Seller only for the purpose of fulfilling the order transactions. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the Buyer.

Article 11 - Dispute Resolution

• In disputes arising from this contract, Istanbul Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.
• The Buyer declares that he / she has read, understood and accepted this contract and that he / she has approved it electronically.

Article 12 - Enforcement

• Buyer www.frankestayn.com shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract by placing an order through the website. The Seller is bound by the provisions of this agreement upon approval of the Buyer's order.
