The Flying Mountain tells the story of two Irish brothers who leave their virtual world and journey to the mountains of eastern Tibet to explore the highest unexplored peak on earth. There they witness not only the archaic life of nomads, but also very different forms of death. In the end, only the younger of the brothers makes it back. During this poetically told journey, what the surviving brother discovers is the reality of death, but he also discovers something else, something that can mitigate, if not eliminate, our mortality: Love!
