Description
In the mid-90s, at a university in England, a young man named Sébastien disappears without a trace. Years later, his friend Hermann decides to solve the mystery of his friend's disappearance and tell his story. He traces Sébastien through the letters he left him, his diary and his memories of their days in Paris. Who is this Sébastien really? An adolescent unable to cope with his unrequited love for Clara, a brilliant student, a young adult searching for his roots?
Sébastien's life becomes more complicated with the mysterious object entrusted to him by the uncle he has just met, and his journey through childhood, adolescence and adulthood to three different cities, Lausanne, Paris and Clothworkers, from the French Alps to Saint-Michel and from there to English pubs, is as much a story of a search as it is of a disappearance.
