“Bonbon” Ben, home-schooled by his psychologist father and used in his own social experiments, receives a large settlement when his father is “accidentally” killed by the police. He is unhappy that Dickens, a town known for its black population and the butt of all kinds of jokes and prejudices, is slowly disappearing, almost wiped off the map.

As he embarks on a great struggle to bring Dickens back to his old days, he does not foresee that he will end up in the Constitutional Court.
